Ground control to all budding astronauts!

We invite our youngest visitors to embark with us on a journey into space. Check into our Space Station and join our awesome Astronauts to create your very own rocket! Then take it on its maiden flight around our specially created space course to earn your Rocket Licence, before flying off home for more adventures.

Each mini space explorer will have 30 minutes to build their very own rocket and then 15 minutes flying time! They will decorate cardboard rockets with paint and colouring pens so its best not to wear favourite outfits (just in case). Grown-ups are asked to stay at the space station with their children during this time.

Why not set off for the Café on the Park afterwards for a much-needed space snack and discover our family friendly areas?

This one-day only family event has been created in partnership with the incredible Aline Arts who brought Fold Our City to CFT in September 2022. We can't wait to share our space adventure with you.
