Family Art Activity and Installation

It was a hit activity last summer so, come rain or shine, drop into the Theatre and spend some time creating your favourite local landmarks (and people!) to add to our giant 3D map.

Join us at this free family event where we will create our wonderful city in a day. Using handy templates (designed by our friends A Line Arts), you can craft favourite landmarks or invent your own, and together we will build a large origami model inspired by our local area and community. It’s all about having fun so come along and get creative!

Our welcoming Café on the Park serving barista coffee, delicious cake, pizza and sandwiches, as well as healthy snacks and drinks for the kids, will be open and you can check out our family spaces where children can discover toys, colouring-in, chalkboards, fancy dress and books in the nooks.

It’s free and fun for all the family – just drop in from 10am; we recommend last entry at 2.30pm so you get to finish your masterpieces! We hope you can make it.
