Step into a High Street with a difference as Middlesbrough Town Hall’s Fire Station is transformed into Tomorrow Street – an imaginary avenue full of playful shops and inspiring spaces for families to explore.
Created by artist Anna Bruder in collaboration with local communities, Tomorrow Street is a vibrant, uplifting environment designed to spark joy and creativity.
During your visit families will be able to:
Visit the florist and colour in a flower to take home for a loved one
Relax in the community space
Draw a self-portrait for the gallery.
Design a favourite meal in the café
Design your dream pet in the pet shop
Have fun in the mini arcade
Visit the garage and build a cardboard car
Join in games in the playground!
Drop in any time between 10am and 3pm; all creative activities are free!
